It all began with the dogs

I am a passionate thrifter who operates a small dog boarding business. I genuinely love taking care of dogs and enjoy learning all about them as well as their unique personalities and the stories of their owners. Through this experience, I have come to realize that in order to furnish the necessary items needed to ensure my canine clients are well taken care of, I can be both thrifty and frugal, finding great deals and making the most out of every opportunity.

In exploring for affordable items in various thrift stores, neighborhood yard sales, and estate sales, I also discovered an exciting way to furnish my home in a unique and personalized manner. Eventually, I became hooked on this treasure-seeking journey and made it a weekly mission to go out and hunt for hidden gems.

It soon transformed into a lot more than just a simple desire to furnish my home. I’ve discovered a passion for turning what some might see as mere junk into stunning and unique home decor pieces. Each item I find tells a story and has the potential to be revitalized, adding character and charm to any living space. So I decided to turn it into a business.
